First Floor

The small-town feeling at Cortessa offers families a sense of security and belonging. Scenic vistas surround this master-planned community with the White Tank Mountains serving as a breathtaking backdrop. Bike over to the basketball courts, explore the neighborhood greenbelts, or walk along the many mountain-view pathways.

This home is located in the Cortessa Planned Community. The HOA has strict rules about noise and parking. Overnight guests are only allowed to park on the streets for up to 72-hours. There are also noise restrictions on week nights. So please plan accordingly.

The Secured Courtyard

This home features a security gate at the entrance of the courtyard to protect you from unwelcomed solicitors. There is a doorbell at the entrance for your guests. The bell's ringer module is located in the main hallway. But, the portable module can be relocated to the second or third floors, when needed.

The courtyard features a gas fireplace, no wood required. It is a quiet place to just sit and enjoy your coffee or swap stories with the one you love. The children can play securely in the courtyard while you watch from the nearby Game room.

The courtyard leads to the Casita, aka, guest house.

The Casita

The casita, Spanish for small house, is located off the main courtyard. It has it's own private entrance. It includes a bedroom, storage shelves and a private full bath with a  view of the pool.

The cozy bedroom has a full bed, a recliner, a night stand and TV. There's plenty of sun light from the front facing window. It is the perfect romantic retreat or the perfect escape from the noise of the main house.

The Living Room

This is a spacious room for catching up with friends or hosting a festive gathering. The cozy fireplace is a conversation piece or a warm spot to cuddle up on the wing chairs with a good book.

There are two sets of large glass doors that lead to the backyard and pool. The safety locks require that you lift up on the handles and then turn the latch to release the doors. This is an additional barrier to keep small children from exiting the home without adult supervision. We do have a pool in the backyard, so we ask that these doors remain closed at all times, and preferably locked when not in use by adults. There is no life guard on duty!

The patio features shade and a stone pathway to fun times. Whatever plans you have, this space is perfect!

The Reading Room

This is a quaint, out of the way room to find a bit of peace and quite. It has views of the courtyard and the pool in the rear of the house. The shelves are stocked with books, puzzels and games. Feel free to read any book or add a book to our library.

In the evening, if additional beds are required, the futon sofa can be relaxed to create a queen size bed. Bedding and pilows can be found in the closet or upstairs in the laundry room. Please remember to set the bed back into a sofa when done sleeping.

If you have trouble releasing or resetting the sofa, do not hesitate to give us a call.
